Accounts and onboarding
How do I open a Cibline account?
Use the Open An Account button, complete your profile, and follow the secure onboarding steps. Some services may require identity verification before full access.
Is my selected language saved?
Yes. When you choose a language, Cibline stores it as your default preference for future sessions and supported email notifications.
Can I update my profile later?
Yes. Profile and preference updates are available in the dashboard account menu. Important updates may generate a confirmation email for security.
Loan simulation and eligibility
Can I simulate a loan freely?
Yes. The public simulator estimates monthly payment, total interest, and total repayment from the amount, annual rate, and term you enter.
Is the simulator a final offer?
No. It is informational. Your dashboard uses the selected loan type, configured product rate, documents, and eligibility review to build the actual request.
What happens after the finance step?
You see an amortissement prévisionnel before eligibility, so you can review the expected monthly repayment before asking the financial service to review your file.
Documents and review
Which documents can be requested?
Identity proof, income proof, bank statements, business records, purchase agreements, asset details, or additional files may be requested depending on the loan type.
Who reviews my request?
The financial service reviews the application, documents, repayment capacity, and risk controls. You can track the status from the loan request list.
Can additional documents be requested?
Yes. If the file needs more evidence, the financial service can request additional documents and you will see the action in your dashboard.
Contract and OTP signature
When do I receive the contract?
The contract becomes available after final approval of the loan application. You can read it in a responsive modal before accepting or refusing.
How do I sign electronically?
After clicking accept, a small OTP validation modal opens. The OTP is sent to your registered email and confirms your electronic acceptance.
Can I download the contract?
Yes. You can export the contract as CSV or print/save it as PDF before or after electronic signature. A PDF copy may also be sent by email after signature.
Fund release and repayment
When are funds credited?
After contract signature, the financial service can release the approved amount. Once credited, you receive an email notification and a transaction appears in your account history.
When does repayment start?
The definitive amortization schedule starts from the real fund release date, with the first debit scheduled 60 days after the release unless mandatory local rules require otherwise.
Why are there two schedules?
The previsional schedule helps you understand repayment before eligibility. The definitive schedule is generated after the actual disbursement date and amount are known.
Virtual card and security
Is virtual card activation automatic?
No. The first activation creates a request. Until approval, the dashboard shows Activation in progress. When approved, the card becomes accessible.
Will I receive email updates?
Yes. You receive notifications when the card request is submitted, approved, or refused, according to your account language and notification preferences.
How are sensitive card details protected?
Card number, expiry date, and CVV remain hidden until dashboard verification is completed, and security-sensitive actions are logged.
